Hinson's Ford

The approach to the ford originally ran parallel to the current road, on the west side of a stream bed. The old road bed is still visible. The ford itself was slightly downstream from the mill. The road leading up the other side of the river was Bear's Den Road. That roadbed is also still visible.

(The subdivision across the river is called Bear's Den.)
