James Maurice Rowzie Home

Mr. Rowzie ordered this home from a Sears Roebuck catalog in the 1920s. It was transported here by horse and wagon, in pieces, from the train station in Warrenton. No one was able to put it together until Mrs. Riley's grandfather, James Blackfoot Goff, was summoned. He supervised the construction shown here. Current owners are Mr. and Mrs. Pierson.
